If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our site, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or transfer your contact information to any third party for any reason without your explicit written consent. Our shopping cart form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code). We use customer contact information to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by sending us an email at mailinglist@jeanetmariesf.com. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Items may be returned for exchange for store credit only (excluding furniture) within thirty (30) days of purchase. Only items purchased through our Personal Shopping Program are eligible for refunds within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn/unwashed and have original tags attached. Please follow washing instructions carefully for each product ordered, as we can not accept merchandise damaged due to improper care. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product was received defective. If you are returning defective merchandise, please contact us at orders@jeanetmariesf.com, and we will arrange for you to be reimbursed for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you insure all returned merchandise, as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit. All Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" are final sales, and may not be exchanged or eligible for store credit.

All furniture sales are final. No refunds or store credits of any kind are permitted. Please be sure that the furniture will fit in your home (through doors, up stairs, etc.) before purchasing. Exchanges are only permitted in the event that that the furniture is delivered to you damaged. Exchanges are for the same furniture item only. Customer must notify Jean et Marie within fourteen (14) days of delivery if the furniture has arrived damaged. Jean et Marie will not exchange furniture for any reason after 14 days from date of delivery. Jean et Marie strongly recommends that you purchase white glove delivery service along with your furniture purchase. Our furniture items are very heavy and may need to be assembled. Standard delivery service may only deliver furniture to your door, requiring you to move the items within your home, and possibly assemble them.

By joining our Customer Loyalty Program, you agree to abide by the terms stated herein. Credits are awarded based on pre-taxable purchases made in denominations of $100. Pre-taxable purchases between $100.00 and $199.99 = $5 credit. Pre-taxable purchases between $200.00 and $299.99 = $10 credit, etc. Shipping expense does NOT qualify for Loyalty Program credits. Loyalty Program credits may be redeemed on subsequent visits to our store. We are working to implement Loyalty Program credits as an acceptable form of payment online. We will notify you once this becomes available. The amount of Loyalty Program credits redeemed may not apply to the accumulation of further Loyalty Program credits.

Personal Shopping is a service we offer for the convenience our customers. While Jean et Marie will make every effort to cater to specific requests regarding styles and sizes, we can not guarantee that we will be able to meet all requests. With more information that the customer provides regarding sizes, tastes, brand likes and dislikes, etc., our personal shopper will better be able to meet specific demands. Please note: Items featured in the "Looks" pages of this website are only intended to be examples of brand ensembles we can create for you. Specific items featured may not be available in all colors/sizes. Personal shopping is risk free to our customers. Any or all items may be returned for refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Jean et Marie will pay for shipping for returns purchased through our Personal Shopping service. please contact us at orders@jeanetmariesf.com, and we will arrange for payment of your return shipping costs.
