2. Fill out the questionnaire below for your child.

3. Select a tier of service you are interested in purchasing and click "Add to Cart."

4. Enter your payment and shipping information.

That's it! A package of merchandise will be shipped to you via standard ground service at no cost. You have fourteen (14) days to review the merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with any of the selections for any reason, simply re-package your un-worn/un-washed items with original tags, and let us know. We will send you a return shipping label at our expense, and we'll refund you in full for the items you return. Please see our terms here for more information.
